Change the Tones
Another of the best black and white photography tips that you will get is to change the tones in your pictures. This is great especially if you want to make something stand out in the picture. You have no color to work with but you can still easily make something be the focus of your picture, for instance by making the background tones lighter and then darkening the tones of the main subject.
This way, this is going to be what draws the viewer’s eye in and what captures them and entices them to focus on it, which is what you want.
